Members of Decatur Makers meet monthly to conduct business, share updates, and make plans for future awesomeness. This meeting is ONLY for paying members of the Decatur Makers makerspace.

We are now back to hosting IN-PERSON open build nights on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Wednesdays of the month at 7-9 PM!
Masks are optional for this event.
We will be monitoring the number of makers inside the Space, and reserve the right to restrict access and/or to ask attendees to disperse during the event. Thank you for your patience should you need to wait a few minutes for a tour.
Open Build Night is a great time to bring questions about Decatur Makers, tour our makerspace, and a chance meet others who have the same passion.
If you would like to work on a project, please let us know some details beforehand by registering for the event. Certain tools and pieces of equipment are restricted for use and required the assistance of a trained volunteer. We endeavor to have volunteers available, but it is not always possible to work on or complete all projects.
This is for makers of all ages, skill sets, and interests.

Look what you can make... a beautiful outdoor solar light!
You will be converting a solar light using an LED bulb, with a bubble rod diffuser! You will be creating and soldering!
Here is the class 411:
Max # of Students: 5
Ages: 12 & up (anyone under 16 well need a parent helper!)
Class cost: $15
Date: July 10th
Time: 4-6p
